Baked Branzini (aka Mediterranean Sea Bass)

Branzini is just another name for Mediterranean Sea Bass. It’s typically imported to US from Greece. I usually get them in Fairway Market for about $10 per pound. Each fish is about a pound, so it makes enough for one person. Very easy to make and it’s really delicious.

  • 1 Branzini fish, cleaned
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 slices of lemon

  1. Wash the fish and dry it with paper towel
  2. Rub the fish with crushed garlic and olive oil
  3. Sprinkle the rosemary
  4. Put the lemon slices
  5. Wrap the fish in parchment baking paper
  6. Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees
  7. Serve with fresh lemon
